How to Help
Volunteer Activities:
Volunteers are the heart and soul of Operation H.O.P.E. Their participation, time, commitment, and donations make it possible for families to have a warm bed, a hot meal, and a sense of security in otherwise bleak times. Please call 760-724-0015 for information on how you can volunteer or make a donation.
We need help to sustain the shelter in its role as a critical human and community resource. Daily we are all bombarded with the many problems rampant in our world. By working together with Operation H.O.P.E. we have great potential to ease the devastating trauma of homelessness and make a difference in people’s lives in our corner of the world.

Donations of money and/or supplies are always needed and welcome. Providing even one evening meal is a wonderful way for an individual or organization to become part of the shelter. Scheduling and guidance are provided for this very manageable activity. The need for clothing and linen does fluctuate. Donations are tax deductible as Operation H.O.P.E. is a designated 501 3(c) nonprofit organization. We welcome your participation.
